Vertrod Portable Hand-Held Impulse Sealers
Packaging Aids Corp. Vertrod V12H Portable Hand-Held Impulse Bag Sealer.
The P.A.C. / Vertrod Portable Hand Held Impulse Sealer is ruggedly constructed, light weight, and is designed for packaging and fabricating applications where the sealing jaws must be brought to the work. The sealing jaws are built with a positive locking “vise” grip for strong holding pressure during the sealing cycle.

This series of heat sealers are available in a variety of different working lengths to fit your packaging needs. The features listed below are for the standard sealer configuration.

Standard Features:
  • Seal width: 1/8”
  • Seal lengths: 8”, 12”, 18”, 24"
  • Single sided heater bar with opposing pressure bar
    (optional bi-active-both jaws heated - call for quote)
  • Locking vise grip style jaws
  • Separate impulse generator power box
  • Runs on standard 110VAC electrical
  • Time based thermal impulse control system
  • Independent seal cycle & cool cycle timers
  • Red & green cycle indicator lights
  • Manual, hand operated
