		Tridyne Single Channel Netweigher
				The Tridyne F-100 Single Channel Netweigher Weigh & Fill Packaging Machine is the ideal entry-level, single scale, automatic netweighing system for either production runs or “small” projects. This table top design features a state-of-the-art Model 1000 PLC controller which allows you to enter over 6 different parameters for each of up to 9 jobs and maintains them in memory until you wish to alter them, including easy switch over from grams to ounces. The display is a 6-inch LCD display with integral touch screen interface featuring multiple functions and designed for user-friendly operation. Use the Tridyne F-100 for filling of your product into bags, boxes, bottles, or any other container. Filling can be done either automatically or by foot pedal. Custom built discharge funnels are available for different package sizes. Almost any dry product runs to 0.5% accuracy with speeds up to 20 dumps per minute (depending on weight/size/density). The Tridyne F-100 features a single vibratory feed system with two-stage speed controls. The initial stage involves high vibration to "bulk load" into a weigh hopper with 90% to 95% of the target weight. In the second stage, the processor reduces vibration, the bulk gate closes and a fine stream of product is "dribbled" into the weigh hopper to reach the final target weight. The F-100 is lightweight, but rugged, with stainless steel construction. Supply hoppers and weigh hoppers can be removed for immersion cleaning. Easy changeover allows you to run multiple products. Tridyne tests your products and sets up all initial parameters before shipping your machine. You simply plug the system in and run. The F-100 is easily interfaced with other packaging machines such as baggers, conveyors, etc. to simplify and automate your packaging system (see picture at left).
