		Titan 6500 Rollbag Automatic Bagger
					The Titan Model 6500 Rollbag Fully Automatic Bag Packaging Machine from Audion Automation packages pre-made bags-on-a-roll at speeds up to 60 bags per minute. The Model 6500 automatically dispenses, opens and seals pre-made bags-on-a-roll, providing highly efficient bag packaging operations. There are three different modes of operation that can be selected from the control panel: Manual Mode - used with the electric footswitch when the operator must control the machine cycle. Automatic Mode - used with products that are hand loaded, cycle the machine automatically pacing the operator for the highest packaging speeds. with a simple turn of a knob, the cycle rate is easily adjustable to meet your particular application needs. Auxiliary Mode - for fully automatic production. The machine becomes a slave to your vibratory product feeder, counter, scale, or other automatic infeed device. In any mode, once the bag is filled, the system seals the bag, removes it from the roll, dispenses and opens the next bag at speeds up to 60 bags per minute. Microprocessor Controlled - The Titan 6500 is the ultimate in simplicity combined with high-tech packaging. An Intel based microprocessor replaces relays and timers and incorporates on of the most sensitive and accurate safety systems available. With the simple turn of a knob, the operator controls the seal location on the bag, making for quick and easy changes in bag sizes and product runs. You get the unique flexibility of being able to use bags from 2" x 2 to 12" x22". Instead of mechanical microswitches, the 6500 makes use of no-contact proximity switches that will last forever.
