Open, fill, and seal any pre-made Bag-on-a-Roll from 2” x 2” up to 12” x 22”, the Titan Model 1055 Rollbag by Audion Automation of the Packaging Aids Group machines make bag packaging quick and easy. The Titan 1055 makes the seal without having to remove the filled bag. An air stream from the built-in blower opens each bag for filling by the operator. The pneumatically powered sealbar is then activated by footswitch. The filled and sealed bag is pulled down by the operator, separating it from the roll and automatically positioning the next bag. The seal temperature is adjustable. The Titan 1055 also features a resettable production counter. Compressed air is needed along with standard 110V house current.
