The Gramatech Model GS pneumatic impulse sealers are completely stainless steel, making them ideal for food, cosmetic, clean room and other applications. They also come standard with top & bottom heat jaws that make a 1/4” wide seal. The new PLC Control System with Touch Screen Interface gives the operator a great deal of flexibility and control to achieve excellent and consistent seals. The pneumatic safety system utilizes a back-pressure sensitive microswitch to prevent the machine from locking the jaws down if any unwanted object is present in the seal area. By adding the Basic Temperature Control Package to any Gramatech GS Pneumatic Impulse Sealer, you give it the capability to do a much wider variety of materials. The easy to read and set digital display accurately reflects scanned temperatures. Visual validation and process control become easily attainable with the BTCP and the optional digital pressure control gauges. The thermocouple temperature sensor is scanned and the heat element power modulated at 60 times per second to provide a simple, yet extremely effective temperature control method. |
