The new Emplex MPS Lite Portable Rotary Band Sealer is a continuous load machine designed for portable sealing applications as well as low production sealing requirements. At only 11 lbs., the sealer is light enough to carry and has been weighted with the user in mind to allow for either portable to stationary sealing. It comes with a table top stand. It features a digital PID autotune temperature controller and a variable spring pressure system. You can easily set the appropriate sealing parameters for your particular bag or material. Whether you are sealing liners in a drum, looking to seal a small number of bags per hour, or in need of a cost effective backup to your production sealer, the MPS Lite can do the job.
