The New “Quick-Release Vacuum System”® is an innovative design allowing the user to easily remove the vacuum system and seal bar for simplified cleaning, sterilization and maintenance. The new vacuum and seal bar design accommodates a pouch with as little as 1” header space. The New linear element tensioner has no exposed electrical connections, won’t allow binding and assures element tension under all pressure settings. The new design simplifies element replacement and extends element life. CUSTOMER FOCUS Our customers requested smaller footprints, modular design, simplified operator interface, Alarms for process faults, multiple operating modes, multiple recipe storage, and upper/lower heat. This robust machine delivers all these features built to perform for years. PROCESS VALIDATION 100% validatable and calibratable, ISO 11607, CE and RoHS compliant. Fully lock out protected alarmed digital process control, through LCD touch screen HMI, provides the confidence all process parameters are maintained Seal-to-Seal. External verification ports offer ease of calibration. PERFORMANCE Accu-Seal products are manufactured using the highest quality materials and components.
