Accu-Seal Model 635-23G Table-Top Vacuum Bag Sealer with PLC Control.
Accu-Seal proudly offers the Model 635 Next Generation Vacuum Sealer, the new standard by which vacuum sealers will be measured. This extraordinary workhorse is the first vacuum sealer to incorporate the exclusive “Smart Pad” Next Generation PLC control center, independent vacuum and heat seal jaw design, and “soft touch” retractable nozzle (dual nozzles on gas-vacuum units) into our famous cleanroom-friendly design. The 635’s full array of features include on-board electronic users and help guides, scheduled maintenance alarms, password control lockouts, and optional digital temperature control.

Cleanroom features include non-particle generating pneumatic vacuum pump, isolated exhaust port, clean powdercoat design & finish.

“Smart Pad” Next Generation Control Center features 99 independent digital gas/vacuum cycles, multi cycle/reverse cycle, manual override of any timer, cycle counter, on-board electronic user and troubleshooting guide, on-board electronic parts list, operational control flexibility, supervisor lockout, ruggedized electronics, fully burn-in tested electronics.

Validatable: Should your packaging process require a validation for medical applications, ask for the Series 635SS Models. Features of the Accu-Seal 635SS include: digital temperature control, digital vacuum level control, calibration ports, and stainless steel construction and nozzles.
